Our Key Priorities

1. Improving Quality

We are working toward national accreditation to strengthen our services.

• Improve quality and consistency of care
• Track outcomes and client satisfaction
• Follow best practices in mental health services

2. Expanding Programs

We are growing our services to meet community needs.

• Add outpatient and intensive outpatient programs
• Expand job training and employment supports
• Build stronger community partnerships

3. Increasing Youth Housing

We are planning a new 40-bed housing program for youth.

• Provide safe and stable housing
• Offer mental health and recovery support
• Support life skills and independence

4. Expanding to Rural Areas

We want to bring services to more communities across Maryland.

• Increase access in underserved areas
• Develop housing and treatment programs
• Build partnerships with local communities
